It may be no secret why we love this client so much (hello, ice cream!), but the main reason is their dedication to using only simple, fresh, organic ingredients. They mix and flash freeze the ingredients right in front of visitors with a unique process that always brings a smile to customer’s faces.  The ice cream is flash-frozen using a tank filled with something that’s found in 78 percent of the air we breathe: nitrogen.  This liquid nitrogen is -321 degrees and it freezes the ice cream ingredients 10 times faster than commercial batch freezers (after which it evaporates) resulting in the creamiest ice cream ever. 

 

It’s fun to meet media at Bend Creamery for an interview and a cone! We’ve boosted their social media presence and landed them a TV interview that caused them to sell out of ice cream the weekend it aired.
